N8N Automate
N8N Automate connects Google Workspace to controlled n8n workflows. Developer: RAM Studio LLC. It helps approved users connect Google services to n8n workflows so routine business tasks can run reliably with user-approved OAuth access.
Purpose-built automation, not a public data product.
Workflow connections
N8N Automate connects approved Google accounts to n8n workflows for actions such as scheduled operations, internal notifications, and authorized business process automation.
Human-approved access
Users review Google’s OAuth consent screen before granting access. N8N Automate only uses permissions that the user approves for the workflow being connected.
Operational visibility
The app supports predictable automation setup for approved projects and collaborators who need Google Workspace integrations.
Users connect Google only when a workflow requires it.
- An approved user starts an automation setup in the N8N Automate workflow environment.
- Google shows the OAuth consent screen with the requested permissions.
- The user approves or denies access.
- N8N Automate uses the approved token to run the intended automation.
- The user can revoke access from their Google Account at any time.
The public website at ramstudiollc.cloud explains N8N Automate for Google OAuth review. The production n8n workspace runs separately at n8n.ramstudiollc.cloud and is not redirected, proxied, or overwritten by this website.
Why N8N Automate requests Google OAuth access.
Authentication
OAuth confirms that the user owns the Google account they choose to connect and lets Google issue an access token without sharing the user’s password with N8N Automate.
Permission control
Google OAuth shows the requested permissions before connection. N8N Automate uses only the permissions configured for the user’s workflow.
Revocation
Users can remove access through their Google Account permissions page or by asking the developer to disconnect a workflow credential.
What data may be accessed.
N8N Automate may access Google account information and Google Workspace data only after a user grants access on Google’s consent screen. The exact data depends on the workflow and the scopes displayed by Google.
- Basic account identity may be used to confirm the connected Google user.
- Workspace data may be read, created, updated, or sent only when a workflow requires it and the user grants the relevant permission.
- N8N Automate does not sell Google user data.
- N8N Automate does not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
How data is protected.
- OAuth credentials are handled inside the controlled n8n automation environment.
- Access is limited to approved users and configured workflows.
- Connections use HTTPS.
- Google user data is used only to provide or maintain the automation the user requested.
- Access can be revoked when no longer needed.
Clear disclosures for Google users.
Limited use
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
No resale
N8N Automate does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
