Application identity

N8N Automate is a private Google Workspace automation application for approved team members, clients, and collaborators.

Google user data

N8N Automate may receive Google user data only after a user grants permission through Google OAuth. The exact data depends on the scopes shown by Google and the workflow the user approves.

Use of information

• To authenticate approved users and connect authorized Google accounts.
• To run configured n8n workflows requested by an approved user or organization.
• To troubleshoot workflow errors and support access removal requests.
• To protect N8N Automate and connected workflows from misuse.

Sharing and limited use

N8N Automate does not sell Google user data, transfer it to advertising platforms, or use it for unrelated profiling. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Security and retention

N8N Automate uses HTTPS, access controls, and controlled workflow configuration practices. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for workflow operation, support, legal compliance, security, or business records.
