N8N Automate Terms of Service
These terms describe the conditions for using N8N Automate, a private automation application operated by Ram Studio LLC.

Service purpose
N8N Automate connects approved Google accounts to controlled n8n workflows for business automation. It is intended for Ram Studio LLC team members, clients, and approved collaborators.
Authorized use
You may use N8N Automate only for lawful business workflows that you are authorized to configure or approve. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt workflows, or connect accounts you do not control or have permission to use.
Google OAuth consent
When a workflow requires Google access, Google will show the OAuth consent screen and requested permissions. You are responsible for reviewing those permissions before granting access.
Account and workflow responsibility
Approved users are responsible for providing accurate workflow requirements, using appropriate Google accounts, and requesting access removal when a workflow is no longer needed.
Data and privacy
N8N Automate handles Google user data according to the N8N Automate Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Third-party services
N8N Automate depends on Google services, hosting providers, and n8n workflow technology. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
No guarantee
Ram Studio LLC works to keep N8N Automate reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific workflow results, Google approval outcomes, or third-party service availability.
Changes
Ram Studio LLC may update these terms as the application, workflows, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
