N8N Automate Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using N8N Automate, a private Google Workspace automation application.

Service purpose

N8N Automate connects approved Google accounts to controlled n8n workflows for business automation.

Authorized use

You may use N8N Automate only for lawful business workflows that you are authorized to configure or approve. You may not misuse the service or connect accounts you do not control or have permission to use.

Google OAuth consent

When a workflow requires Google access, Google shows the OAuth consent screen and requested permissions. Users are responsible for reviewing those permissions before granting access.

Data and privacy

N8N Automate handles Google user data according to the N8N Automate Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Third-party services

N8N Automate depends on Google services, hosting providers, and n8n workflow technology. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
