Last updated: July 29, 2026

Who operates N8N Automate

N8N Automate is operated by Ram Studio LLC for private Google Workspace automation used by approved team members, clients, and collaborators.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information you provide, workflow setup details, business communications, support requests, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.

If you connect a Google account, N8N Automate may receive Google user data only after you grant permission through Google’s OAuth consent screen.

Google user data

The exact Google data accessed depends on the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen and the workflow you approve. This may include account identity information and Google Workspace data needed to perform the requested automation.

N8N Automate uses Google user data only to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, or secure the automation requested by the user or organization.

How we use information

  • To authenticate approved users and connect authorized Google accounts.
  • To run configured n8n workflows requested by an approved user or organization.
  • To troubleshoot workflow errors and support access removal requests.
  • To protect the website, application, and connected workflows from misuse.
  • To comply with applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate hosting, security, communication, workflow automation, or support systems. These providers are expected to use information only to provide services to Ram Studio LLC.

Google API Services User Data Policy

N8N Automate’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, HTTPS connections, access controls, and controlled workflow configuration practices. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the workflow, support, legal compliance, security, or business records. Users may request access removal or deletion where applicable.

User choices

You can revoke N8N Automate’s Google access from your Google Account permissions page. You may also contact Ram Studio LLC to request disconnection of a workflow credential or ask privacy questions.
